How engagements are organized
Each engagement starts with the decision, scope and evidence available. The relevant advisory, commercial or specialist inputs are coordinated around an agreed work plan and deliverables. Company-level figures and the founder’s experience before ABCI’s 2024 establishment are presented separately.
ABCI combines direct investment using its own capital with business advisory, opportunity development and transaction support. A direct investment decision and an advisory engagement are separate roles, with their scope, responsibilities and any interests agreed for the specific opportunity. Advisory work does not promise financing or investment approval.

Ali Zuhair Albodakah
Founder & Chairman
Ali Zuhair Albodakah is an Iraqi entrepreneur and business-development professional with practical experience since 2019 in developing startups, SMEs, companies and strategic projects.
His work has focused on business-model development, investment readiness, corporate development, partnerships, governance, digital transformation and market development.
Since 2019, he has worked with startups and emerging companies to prepare them for growth and investment, including developing their business models, structuring their operations, preparing investment materials and connecting them with private-sector companies, financial institutions, banks and potential investors.
His wider experience includes contributing to more than 20 public- and private-sector digital and institutional projects, including projects of national scope, as well as establishing and developing several businesses.
At ABCI, he leads the company's strategic direction and works particularly across investment development, business growth, market entry and corporate governance.
